I come to the salon, configure the system around how that salon actually works, and migrate the data — from a paper book, a spreadsheet or a previous program. The salon ends the day with a working calendar, not with a manual.

Musito is a software company. I design, install and maintain systems for hair salons and beauty studios — and I do the rollout and the staff training at the client's premises, at the chairs.

Team training
Training on site, at the workstations, on real appointments — with every person who will use the system. Front desk, calendar, client record. Short and concrete.

Support and development
Looking after the installed system, building the changes a particular salon needs, and general IT advice. I answer the phone, and if it cannot be fixed remotely I come back.
